The Palm Springs Fire Department is a full-service public safety agency that offers fire, rescue and disaster preparedness services to the community. It is an ISO Class 3 rated department and operates several fire stations that provide services in an area of more than 95 square miles. The Palm Springs Fire Department employs a staff of over 15 firefighters who respond to nearly 6,400 service calls annually.
