About the owner: I have been a personal trainer and wellness coach for over 15 years. Currently, I teach several group fitness classes for Stanford University's Health Improvement Program and Pilates Cardiocamp and am also a personal trainer at PowerHouse Gym. I concentrate on providing high-quality and fun ways for clients to reach their healthy living goals. My areas of focus include weight training, boot-camps, high-intensity interval training, body-sculpt, functional fitness, interval training, pilates and stretching. I have worked with multiple types of people, both in an exercise class setting and one-on-one, helping my clients meet their fitness goals, recover from injuries and focus on mind-body wellbeing.
