Coach Red 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, participated in many leadership and training courses to better refine his role as a leader/trainer of Marines. Certified Level 1 canoe sprint coach under the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and the American Canoe Association (ACA), both are officially affiliated with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Coach Sean Has been a personal trainer since 2006. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition and health. Certified in FMS (Functional Movement Screen), which he uses to assess an individual's risk for injury and to improve their biomechanics. Certified Level 1 Coach in Olympic Weightlifting with a complete understanding of the capabilities of strength training. From competitions and mentorship, learned the art of aesthetic bodybuilding, teaches the limitless benefits of using conventional weights to improve confidence and self-esteem.
Specialties
We surveyed the health and fitness landscape and decided that it needed a sprucing up. Which is why we came up with the most innovative fitness-based program that centers around the technical movements of paddle sports like canoeing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and combined it with a wellness approach. The synergy between these two methodologies led to the development of our beautiful fitness-based community that thrives on challenging group workouts that are upbeat and fun.
