PACE Early Childhood Education Center is hosted at the Immanuel United Methodist Church located in Highland Park/northeast Los Angeles. PACE Early Childhood Education Center is a headstart program offering fulltime daycare services for children ages 3 years to 5 years in preparation for kindergarten. Registration is ongoing and services are free to those families who qualify.
