History
Chef Alessandra has been cooking professionally for over 28 years. She started her catering and private chef services in 1998 under the name Happy Belly. In 2004 she started her roving renegade dinner club in Barcelona using the name Orgasmo de la Boca and upon returning to the US in 2008 she started producing specialty foods. In 2009 the smoked olives became a huge hit. Alessandra continues to smoke olives, cater, and teach.
