Orangewood High School provides academic instruction and enrichment programs to more than 290 students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers options to participate in basketball events. It provides guidance counseling and health care services, as well as classes in a selection of subjects, such as English, math, science and social studies. Orangewood High School also manages a site council, library and parent advisory group. The school administers Title I and gifted and talented programs. In addition, it offers instruction in foreign language, health education, and visual and performing arts. Orangewood High School is managed by the Redlands Unified School District.
