The Orange County Fine Arts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating public interest in the fine arts through arts education and scholarships for aspiring artists. OCFA was founded in 1964 and boasts more than 350 members, representing a diverse array of artists, art enthusiasts, collectors, students and philanthropists. The organization provides demonstrations, exhibits and special programs for a variety of arts, such as painting, sculpture, ceramics, portraits, photography, oils, watercolors and drawings. OCFA also encourages and supports art education in both youths and adults by awarding scholarships to college students and contributing to high school art programs that teach art as a valued form of self expression and a quintessential component of society. A portion of all proceeds for sold merchandise is allocated to the OCFA scholarship fund that supports its commitment to continuing education in the fine arts.
