Optimal Form and Fitness was developed as I saw a need for a smart, efficient, core workout that allowed people to work out together in a relaxed and fun environment. I wanted to make sure that my clients were taught how to take care of their bodies properly through foam rolling, balance work, postural realignment and basic neurological techniques which are all incorporated into each class.
