The Channel Reef Community Association manages the Channel Reef oceanfront homes located at the western end of Corona del Mar. This gated community features 47 homes and condos with ocean views and terrace-style architecture. The association provides many amenities here, including barbecue areas, private pools and jacuzzis. Channel Reef community also has a deep-water marina with docks for boats up to 48 feet. The community is adjacent to Balboa Island and close to local shops and Fashion Island. The Channel Reef Community Association operates in-house to better serve its residents' needs.
