The Jazzercise Novato Margaret Todd Senior Center allows individuals to burn up to 600 calories through enjoyable, technically professional 60-minute workouts of Jazzercise, a group fitness class that incorporates dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching. The class focuses on the sculpting, toning and lengthening of muscles to promote the burning of fat. It is choreographed to current popular music tracks.
