The North Coast Clinics Network (NCCN) is a Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) comprised of federally qualified community clinics in Northern California. NCCN member health centers collaborate to enhance access to high-quality medical, behavioral, and dental care for rural residents in Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino, and Trinity counties.
With a focus on improving health outcomes for all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay, NCCN works alongside its sister consortia, the Health Alliance of Northern California (HANC). Together, they serve over 122,000 patients across 29 sites, striving to advance health equity and address pressing issues such as climate change and the COVID-19 pandemic in the region.
