History
I was first exposed to fitness during my freshmen year in college. During my junior year, I joined the rowing team at USC. Being on the team made me realize how good being in shape felt. From there, I decided to attend a Navy SEAL training camp for civilians the summer before my senior year. It was there that I realized how life changing physical fitness can be. The rest is history.

My name is Justin and I am a StrongFirst certified bodyweight instructor and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. Simply put, I turn ordinary humans into lean, mean, human Wolverines who end up being way too good looking for their own good. I believe in getting strong and looking good without having to spend countless hours in the gym. After all, I want to live a full life (as do you I presume)! You will learn simple yet effective strength techniques that will make you strong, hard-to-kill, and allow you to move well in all situations. Oh and did I mention you'll get really ridiculously good looking too? I look forward to meeting you :)
