Refreshing little family-run eateries like Nonna Pizzeria make South Pasadena quite the diner's paradise. Nonna Pizzeria's roots go all the way back to Naples and many of the menu items are even imported from Italy. With generous portions and homemade goodness, rather than a lot of frill and fancy gourmet creations—Nonna's always seems to satisfy.
This is a very popular Pasadena-pizza joint for good reason. While the New York-style pizza is the main menu staple, the eggplant-dishes and calzones here should also not be missed.
