History
Opened in 2019, Bread and Butter Fitness operates out of a personal studio, to hold private (one-on-one), semi-private (up to 3 people) 30 and 60-minute personal training sessions. Bread and Butter Fitness aims to make Fitness as simple, affordable and accessible to all, with additional In-home and Online training sessions to accommodate any and all potential clients.
Specialties
Our goal for every client at the end of each session is to have you, feeling better, moving better and continuously perfecting new movements. With these goals in mind, were able to definitively ensure results & progress by continually delivering new exercises, variations and workout techniques to our clients. We keep it simple, yet effective, by guiding clients to train different each session to continually reach their goals of feeling and moving better every visit.
