NITROPOD was born as a crazy idea to give away ice cream and sorbet to the citizens of Black Rock City, Nevada during the annual Burning Man festival. 2 years and thousands of happy mouths later, our NITROPOD truck is on the streets of Los Angeles. We visit places in the valley, the west side, by the beaches and in Hollywood. We will visit your office, park, school, or event if we can. We love watching our customers taste the difference that liquid nitrogen and organic, fresh, local sourced ingredients makes.
Specialties
We are the first food truck to offer fresh organic ice cream and sorbet using liquid nitrogen. This creates a smooth and creamy texture. It also allows us to make everything without preservatives, stabilizers, or carrageenan. Our dairy is certified organic, Kosher, and NON-GMO. We also provide catering services for events, parties, festivals and trade shows.
