She also saw a chiropractor, who informed her that surgery was not only unnecessary but potentially dangerous. With chiropractic care, his mother's health improved dramatically without surgery or drugs. These experiences made Dr. Nichols' parents loyal supporters of chiropractic care. They introduced him to the benefits of preventive chiropractic at an early age. When the time came for Dr. Nichols to choose a life path in college, the decision was easy.
