American Dream Realty was born in 1994 in a small office on Cass Street in Monterey. Ruben and Deborah Dominguez brought all of their experience in Title Insurance and Real Estate to the Monterey and Salinas' markets. With the growth of their business, they moved to a larger office on El Dorado Street behind their former location. Ruben established himself as one of the top producing agents on the Peninsula.
