History
Formerly a professional soccer player and an award-winning chef from Changsha, China, Chef Victor came to the United States with his dream to expand his culinary profession beyond traditional Chinese cuisine. After completing his degree in culinary arts and working for legendary chef Grant Achatz at the Michelin star restaurants Next (Chicago) and Vespertine (Los Angeles), as well as Michelin Star restaurant Quince (San Francisco), Chef Victor came to Long Beach, a city of diversity, to open his new restaurant with simple rules: Contemporary Food + Great Taste + Fast Service + Affordable Price!
