they would not provide me with services. I came at 5:00pm. The door says they are open until 7:00 but one of the women ran and turned the lights off and locked the door as i was walking up.

This place used to be pretty good but remember to always have CASH to tip if you don't and you want to come back here. They will remember you and will PURPOSELY mess up your eyebrows and leave...
