History
I have been practicing yoga for eighteen years and teaching for six. I am registered as an experienced 500-hour certified yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra teacher. A life long student, I continue to study with my teachers: Tracee Stanley, Rod Stryker and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. I am currently offering group classes outdoors in nature as well as private lessons and virtual classes, workshops and seminars via Zoom. Beginning January 2021, I will offer both a 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Additionally, I am the founder of Imagine Fest, a yoga and live music event which raises funds to support child survivors of sex trafficking. Specialties
I love working with students from children to seniors and everywhere in between. With the intention of facilitating healing and empowerment, I offer a variety of yoga experiences from private lessons and studio classes to workshops, seminars, local and international retreats and teacher trainings. I recognize individuality and customizes the practice for each student employing various tools including yoga postures, breath and meditation techniques, even nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. My classes are challenging, but in a way that fosters self discovery and self love - honoring your breath and body. My workshops allow for a more in-depth study of the ethical, philosophical, meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga. Private lessons are a collaborative effort with each student, exploring and addressing each person's unique desires and needs. It is my intention to help you experience yoga as a lifestyle, a journey, and a means for optimal health and well being.
