A division of the county's Environmental Management department, the animal shelter is in a bright, modern building off of Gasser Drive behind South Napa Marketplace. The shelter's staff and volunteers care for abandoned pets and neglected livestock and work with Napa Humane to help these needy animals find good homes through adoption.
