Mudita Gogna, MD is a board-certified allergist and clinical immunologist with 18 years of experience in managing complex and challenging cases of allergic and immunologic disorders. With a background in pediatrics and research, Dr. Gogna provides equivalent care, empathy, and respect to both pediatric and adult patients. She has a personal perspective on treating allergic disorders, having suffered from allergies herself, and is a member of the American College of Allergy and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology.
Dr. Gogna completed her residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and pursued a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Her research interests have included dyspeptic abdominal pain in children, food allergies, vitamin D insufficiency and severe asthma exacerbations, asthma in Latin America, and the correlation between obesity and allergic rhinitis. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking, painting, hiking, and dancing.
