I like to help people understand the importance of active living by motivating and supporting clients with a positive attitude and in depth knowledge to help them achieve their goals. Working with a Personal Trainer is an investment in your life. I cater to all age groups and fitness levels. My goal is to assist you, so you can reach your fitness and health goals quickly and safely. Personal Training: I offer private and professional one-on-one Personal Training 60 minute sessions at my studio in Fremont, your home or nearby park. I'll design a program just for you using a mix of free-weight training, Pilates Reformer, TRX, resistance, core strengthening exercises and more. Bring a friend, I also offer one-on-two Duet Training sessions. Grab your significant other, best friend, co-worker, anyone who wants to share the costs and results of Personal Training.
