Moulton Niguel Water District is responsible for managing the city's water supply. Most of the water is imported from the Colorado River and the Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta. During times of drought and low water supply, the MNWD utilizes these resources and recycled water for irrigation. With their efforts they are able to keep emergency water supply for 31 days. The MNWD encourages residents to conserve water and offers helpful hints on their Web site. Their team consists of Wastewater Collections Department, Customer Service, Distribution Crew (keeps the water flowing) and the Electrical Crew. Online bill pay is available.
