Sought Gate Tae Kwon Do is the number one Tae Kwon Do center in the city. It offers classes for all ages, from toddler through adult, with an emphasis on self-discipline and respect. Classes are typically an hour long and include stretching, technique and light sparring at the more advanced levels. The studio features a large, open room with a padded floor for safety. The space is also used by a Zumba class, where members can get a high-energy cardio workout with dance-based movements to exciting Latin and club beats. The studio participates in tournaments, but participation is totally optional. It also utilizes the belt-based ranking system, starting at white and ending at black.
