Parking spaces are so narrow that many residents are unable to fit their car into the spaces.

All uncovered spaces are 1 foot narrower than what is legally allowed in Palo Alto.

This complex has a serious parking problem which prospective tenants have a right to know about.

Many residents are forced to occupy more than one space when they park since the spaces are 1 foot narrower than what is legally allowed.

The daytime appearance of the parking lot is deceiving, with apparently many open parking spaces.

Some residents occupy two spaces and block both spaces while driving one car, thus preventing other residents from parking.

Montage Apartments is conveniently located on El Camino Real near Stanford University and many local businesses. Every one- and two-bedroom unit comes equipped with a washer-dryer, air conditioner and dishwasher. There is a landscaped courtyard and parking for tenants.
