Ming Dynasty restaurant was founded in 1990 by master chef Tai Hu and his wife Amy. Chef Tai Hu began studying culinary arts at the age of 18. He began his profession as a master chef by the age of 23. In 2000, traveling afar from Dalian, China, master chef Ming Liu and his wife Vicky became part of the Ming Dynasty family. We have a wide selection of Mandarin, Szechuan, and Hunan cuisine. We offer all you can eat lunch and dinner buffet 7 days a week with more than 25 items to choose from. Not in for a big meal?
