On July 10th, 2002 Oscar at the young age of 19 started his tree care business humbly with little to show but the honesty, integrity, hard work, quality, and dedication that he was raised with. 16 Years later Millen Tree Services still has these work ethics that provide a highly skilled trustworthy service. (Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.)
