History
Meredith completed 200 hours at her first teacher training at Yandara yoga institute in 2010. She deepened her practice of yoga and meditation in India for 6 months with various spiritual teachers in 2011. Upon returning to the Bay Area, she taught at Yogakula berkeley and now continues her studies in a 100 hour immersion with kimber simpkins in the anusara style. Meredith began teaching privates in 2012 to offer a more personalized yoga experience.
Specialties
Meredith specializes in Hatha yoga inspired by Anusara and Yin yoga. She uses her knowledge to heal chronic pain and align mind, body and spirit with a foundation of love and openness. Anusara is a flowing style focusing on proper alignment with awareness on opening the heart. Yin yoga poses are held longer for release in the connective tissues and balance in the meridian system. Meredith works one-on-one with you to address your individual needs.
