Edward Medina is a principal of the Medina Law Group. His practice focuses in the areas of Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Creditors' Rights, and Commercial Litigation. He has represented individual debtors, institutional lenders, creditors, Ch. 7 and 11 Trustees, and creditor committees. His commercial bankruptcy practice includes business reorganization and liquidation. His litigation practice has included commercial, real estate, and civil litigation in State and Federal courts, as well as cross-border commercial collection and litigation. Mr. Medina received his J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1999, and his B.A. in 1996 from the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Medina is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in Spanish.
