Michael established his own mortgage broker company after earning his Real Estate and Brokers Licenses. When he began acquiring properties that needed fixing up, before resale, he began his art of construction. He earned his General Contractor's License and began working more exclusively on restoration projects. Michael's love of working with his hands, creating beautiful spaces, rather than sitting behind a desk, was clear.
