History
I have always been interested in understanding people and helping them find solutions that work for them. As a psychologist, I use a variety of tools and approaches, individualized to YOU, to help you achieve your goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is evidence based, solution focused, and results oriented. Neuropsychological assessment is a powerful means to gain insight into cognitive strength and learning styles to get the most out of school, and beyond. In addition to my private practice, I am an Assistant Clinical Professor in the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, where I teach 1st year medical students and supervise Child and Adult Psychiatry residents.
