Moreover, I see massage as a powerful healing tool that should be widely accessible. Hence, my focus as I move forward with my practice is to provide you with full-body Swedish massages tailor-made to your unique and individual needs at affordable prices. As Thrive Massage and Yoga enters phase two of its development, I am looking to maintaining and nurturing relationships that I have developed over the past year. At the same time, I seek to welcome new ones. As such, it is my intent to offer private yoga instruction by the end of this year. The integration of massage and yoga is such an intuitive process that I would feel remiss if I don't offer this blended approach.
