Foster turned pro in 1989. Played on many mini tours all over the world . Started teaching at Boundary Oaks golf course in 1999. Est. Tpi level one in 2011.PGA 2003 -07. Worked at Stevenson Ranch 2012 and Tri valley golf center 2015- 17 .
