Kathleen L. Morgan is a sole practitioner whose areas of practice are family law, professional license defense, state personnel board hearings, and post hearing/ trial proceedings. Kathleen L. Morgan has been practicing administrative law since 1992, when she worked for the state bringing actions against licensees. After leaving government work, she started her practice of representing respondents whose licenses were being disciplined. She also represents appellants before the State Personnel Board. Kathleen L. Morgan started representing parties pro-bono in family law matters in 2001. Since 2004, she has represented clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution, child custody and visitation, domestic violence restraining orders, and others. Kathleen L. Morgan also represents clients in Writs of Administrative Mandamus cases and appeals in family law and dependency matters.
