History
Founded by Avery Ruzicka, Manresa Bread was born out of the kitchen of Chef David Kinch's three Michelin-star Manresa restaurant. Manresa Bread was created with the vision of becoming Los Gatos' neighborhood bakery. We feature a revolving selection of breads and pastries made from local, high-quality ingredients using time-honored techniques.
