The Del Obispo Terrace is a privately run housing center for seniors or individuals needing assisted living. It is located on the property of the Ocean Hills Community Church and the Cook Historic Barn, but it is not affiliated with either. The Del Obispo Terrace does benefit from being neighbors with the farm because it supplies the home with fresh eggs every morning. The Terrace accepts different insurance plans and is one of the chief retirement homes for members of the armed forces who were based in the Southern California military bases. There are four different floor-plans for living accommodations from hospital-like dorm living to free-standing independent apartments and cottages.
