Andrea Revy and Dan O'Connell opened MRB in 2014, after 3 and a half years of planning and construction. Both grew up coming to Mammoth to ski and made the leap to being locals in 2009. At a friend's bowling birthday party that year, where they had a great time, they thought Mammoth Lakes could really use a bowling alley to give locals and visitors alike another place to play that was different from other activities already found here. Much research and analysis was done and then they leapt off the cliff and bought a piece of property, hired an architect, a builder, a bowling manufacturer, got permits, hired an amazing management team and chef and opened their doors on March 29, 2014.

We ask for your patience during the busy season. There are times when waits can be very long. Decide if you are patient enough to wait before you put your name down on the list. Please take into account that our little town has only 8000 full time residents, but over the holidays and ski weekends, that population swells to over 40,000. Trying to right-size a business for that extreme change is challenging. Be kind to us, we are doing our best to be helpful and make your visit enjoyable! . We offer 12 USBC certified Bowling Lanes. Mostly open play, but reservations can be made in advance and are based on availability. Upstairs, there is an Indoor Golf Center, with 3 simulator bays, open at 5pm, Tuesday through Sunday or by reservation. Bowling and Golf pro shop to get you outfitted. Maximize your game with the right equipment. Casual dining downstairs until 9PM on weekdays and 10PM on weekends. Weather permitting, lunchtime dining available downstairs and on our deck looking out onto US Forest Service land and onward to the Sherwins. Bar and lounge downstairs with TV's everywhere to get your sports fix. Brasserie and lounge upstairs with Chef Frederic Pierrel cooking up fresh selections to tempt your taste buds.
