The Malibu Lagoon Museum shares the Adamson Home grounds as an artifact and historical resource for the history of the city of Malibu. Here you can purchase tickets for its weekly guided tours and inquire about renting the facility or grounds for private events and weddings. There is a beautiful garden, pool and the Adamson home, which is a remarkably kept home from the '20s. Visitors will learn about the 50-room castle on the hill, the Malibu railroad and the more-than-10-year fight over the Malibu highway. Private party opportunities are available, but you must go through State Parks to make arrangements. Free parking on PCH; adjacent County lot available for a fee.
