Specialties
I am a Bilingual-Spanish Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents. I work extensively with Clients that deal with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, and other important areas of life. When a person experiences a persistent lack of interest, reduced energy, interpersonal relationship conflict, lack of direction, loss of trust, and increased anxiety, this often leads to feelings of deep frustration, and hopelessness. Each of us has feelings, choices, and needs; it is through a re-commitment to yourself, and forgiveness, that a stronger, mindful, purposeful you emerges. I focus on goal oriented, behavioral evidence based approaches, and include other complimentary interventions. My approach is collaborative, and non-judgmental; accomplished via reflection, and deep care, as I uncover a Client's hidden inner gifts, strengths. It is my pleasure and privilege to be a catalyst to your desire for growth and change, through an effective and meaningful Client/Therapist relationship.
