Located toward the back of the Shops at Rossmoor, the Los Alamitos-Rossmoor Library is part of the Orange County Public Library System. It houses Friends of the Library bookstore, which hosts frequent sales to raise money for library materials and events. The library hosts regular events such as preschool story-time as well as pajama story-times in the evening. The library also hosts an adult program in the evenings called Book Group.
