Theater Stage and Auditorium Rental Our theater has a 40' by 24' stage with front and side curtains. The back of the stage has a state of the art LED screen for still and video playback 10'high by 21'wide. The audience section allows for up to 70 seats on the floor, which can be removed for flexible multipurpose use of this space. Renters have used it for dance performances, recitals, concerts, plays, filming and sound recordings. Rental rates range depending on the type of event and its requirements. Renting agreements may include use of the LED on-stage screen, the fully equipped sound and lighting system, chairs, and dressing rooms backstage. Sound Recording Studio with Avid S6 M40 console This is a recording studio facility designed for musicians and singers to come and craft their own collection of songs / music recordings! We have state-of-the-art equipment for recording, such as a top-of-the-line Avid S6 M40 console for recording, mixing, and mastering Our recording capabilities can accommodate up to a 50-piece orchestra. We have a large space to record huge boomy drums, or a sensitive, beautiful orchestra, as well. Studio B Dance studio with high quality wood floors, Ballet Barre equipment and mirrors. Sound equipment for playback available. Great for dance of all kinds including ballet. AC/private bathroom/free parking.
