History
I inherited the business from my mother when she passed away during the tax season in 1996. I had only assisted my mother with one tax return; now I had to step in and run it. So I took some crash courses in tax all that summer, eventually passing the grueling IRS exam to become an Enrolled Agent that fall. I operated it for two tax seasons from her house while continuing my education and then moved it to a business office. I ran the business part-time while working a full time job as manager of the fabrication department for Ryerson Steel until the summer of 2000. In July of 2000, I decided to make a full time career out of my new found love for tax preparation and moved to the business to its present location.
