Specialties
I specialize in functional training. My background includes corrective exercise, performance enhancement training, pre/post natal, weight loss, youth and senior training. Sessions may be indoors or out, depending on weather and client's goals. The equipment consists mainly of bodyweight, kettle bells, battle ropes, medicine balls, TRX, swiss balls, BOSU, dumbbells, barbells, cables, bands, and foam rollers. I do not work with weighted machines, unless the client training for hypertrophy. Clients have a program specifically designed for their body type. I carefully plan and record each session. Clients are expected to record all meals during the first week of training. Sessions include nutrition counseling, flexibility training, and cardio programming.
