Unleashing the athlete in us all. Life Athletics was founded in 2016 with the idea that we are all athletes and life is our sport. The idea of training to be strong and fit for every day life and not just for the gym is something that we all should strive for, especially as we stop playing sports and being as active as we once were. When I first became a personal trainer my dream was to exclusively work with high school and college athletes. Although the more I studied the clearer it because that eveything that makes an athlete strong, flexible, lean and resistant to injury is what is truly lacking in most people's fitness programs. I started bringing this idea of training to the seniors I was working and started mixing in Olympic lift, jumps and most sport based training and the results were amazing. And that's how Life Athletics was born.

If your goal is to become stronger, leaner and look better. Sport based training; for the high school or college athletes who want to improve their jump, stretch, power and speed. Mobile & flexibility training; to help keep you injury free and correct your posture. Senior training; age is just a number as many of my clients are in their 60's and 70's out proform people 1/2 their age. Although every program is individually designed, we focus on 3 components of training. Resistance training; to lose fat & build muscle. Flexibility & mobility training; to keep the body moving properly & pain free. Nutrition & meal prep; to help the body recover & to learn how small changes can add up to big results.
