I began teaching Pilates because I found it extremely helpful in recovering from a whiplash accident I had. I have previous teaching experience and am also a dancer. After I healed through pilates it felt natural for me to share this work which had helped me so much! I also give massage sessions as well and find that it helps people meet their fitness goals more efficiently.
Specialties
Pilates is a form of exercise focused on building strength, flexibility, alignment and balance. It is very helpful for recovering from injuries, reducing tension as well as general fitness for people of all abilities. When needed I incorporate massage into the session so as to release tight areas. This helps the correct muscle groups work during your workout.
