Le Frites Gourmet Fry Shoppe! Le Frites began as an idea between two Chefs, Dan and Lonny. With combined experience to include fine dining, catering, and a love for culinary arts, Dan and Lonny decided it was time to create something new and exciting in the Fry world. Yes, anyone can put an ingrediant on fried potatoes, but it usually ends there. Le Frites aims to put quality fresh ingrediants with scratch made sauces and seasonings on one of America's favorites in an environment built for cleanliness and sanitation. This venture does not begin as some part of a get rich scheme, or two business orientated men teaming up to make a quick buck.
