Jonathan Dwork earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, with Honors, and completed a Honor's Thesis on the topic of transition from military leadership to political appointment. He received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2006, Cum Laude. He was a participating member of Law Review and Moot Court Honors Board.

Mr. Dwork is currently an executive board member of the Orange County Trial Lawyer's Association, and an executive board member of the Banyard Inn of Court.
