The church formed in 1918 and their current building was constructed in 1928. Five pastors preside over the 600 plus congregation with, Jerry Tankersley, Steve Sweet and Kathy Sizer at the helm. Sunday services take place at 8:30am and 10am and a variety of groups are available for participation, including a choir, praise band, handbell choir, children's choir and mens' and womens' Bible study groups. Sunday school runs for kids younger than 12 and youth groups meet weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays. The Laguna Presbyterian Preschool is attached to the facilities and accepts children ages 3 to 5. With both indoor classrooms and outdoor play structures, kids can learn through exploration and additional experiences like music, dance, arts and crafts are provided as well.
