Labourdette is a small neighborhood park with its own tire swing. It also has regular swings, slides and a jungle gym. It has a couple of benches and a covered picnic pavilion. The playground has been modernized in recent years. The park features some small grassy open areas and on-street parking. According to a plaque at the entrance of the park, it was dedicated in 1970 "in honor of August Labourdette, whose love of the community's children inspired the development of this park."
